Privacy notice

JCI Aalst (JCI Belgium) organises the JCI Board Exchange and is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach the organising team at mathijs.vansynghel@jciaalst.be.

• Your name and e-mail address
• Your local chapter, national organisation and board role
• Optional: the topics or challenges you want to discuss, preferred language, and any note you add
• The fact that you ticked the consent box, the moment you did and the exact wording you agreed to

Please do not enter sensitive personal information (for example about health, beliefs or other people) in the free-text fields.

Only to organise this session: to compose balanced discussion groups, to send you the joining link and practical information, and to follow up about the Board Exchange itself. We do not use your details for advertising, we do not sell them, and we do not share them outside the JCI Aalst organising team.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the sign-up form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawing it means we remove your registration and you can no longer take part in the session.

The JCI Aalst organising team, through a password-protected dashboard. The data is stored in a database hosted within the EU by our hosting provider, which processes it only on our instructions. Nothing is published on the website.

Registrations are deleted at the latest six months after the session, which means by 21 May 2027. If you ask us to remove your details earlier, we do so promptly.

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent. Send a short e-mail to mathijs.vansynghel@jciaalst.be and we will handle it within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. A single technical cookie is used for the organising team's admin login; visitors signing up do not receive it.
