JCI Board Exchange — Free peer session for local boards

Join five to eight officers from different JCI chapters for a two-hour online session. You bring one thing your board is actually stuck on, like member recruitment or maybe a project that never gets handed over, and the group helps to turn it into a clear next step.

Who it's for

Presidents, board members and officers of local JCI chapters in Europe.

Anyone carrying a portfolio in a local organisation is welcome — incoming boards preparing next year, sitting boards mid-term, and officers who inherited a file and are still figuring it out. No preparation is required; bring one thing your board is stuck on.

  • Free of charge — this is a JCI project, not a paid training
  • Two hours, online, no travel
  • Groups of 5–8, so everyone actually speaks
  • Lightly moderated: the moderator keeps time, you keep the content

What is BEx

The SpeedBEEP method, pointed at JCI itself.

BEEP stands for Business Experience Exchange Platform: a proven JCI format that has been bringing entrepreneurs and leaders in Flanders together to share professional experience, built around theme cards covering 36 aspects of running an organisation and with a moderator guiding participants toward new objectives and action points.

The JCI Board Exchange applies exactly that method to the work of a local board — so you spend the evening on your chapter, with people who run one too. Looking for a new way to approach prospective members? Want to share your experience with local community projects? Has your local organisation been struggling with practical issues for years? The BEx is the ideal way to tackle these issues! Together with other local officers, you'll get the chance to discuss and troubleshoot a wide range of topics, in an informal and lightly structured environment.

ENTER THE BEX

Claim your seat for November 21.

Entering is free and takes two minutes. We use your chapter and role only to compose balanced groups, and we'll email you your group and joining link before the session.

While we try and balance all groups to encompass a wide range of profiles and chapters, we cannot guarantee a place for all entries. In case all seats are filled and no meaningful new combinations are possible, you may be put on a waiting list.
